Element Pop

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Element Pop is a game by Arcware ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Element Pop app for iPhone and iPad, and this website.

The short version: Element Pop does not collect, share or sell any personal data. The game doesn't connect to the internet, and what it saves stays on your device.

What stays on your device

So the game is there the way you left it, it saves a few things on your device:

This data never leaves your device. We can't see it, and it isn't sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes it. If your device backs up its apps (for example through iCloud), these saves may be included in that backup, under your own account with Apple.

What we don't do

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply to you. We keep the conversation for as long as it's needed to help you and then delete it. We never share it.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, the page requested and the time) for security and to keep the site running; they are deleted after 30 days and not used to identify you.

Children

Element Pop is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because the game collects no personal data, there is nothing about you for us to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us, you can ask us at any time to see or delete that correspondence.

Changes

If the game changes what it does with data, we'll update this policy before that version is released and change the date above. The App Store's privacy information for the app will change at the same time.
