Element PopTerms of Use

These terms cover your use of Element Pop, a game by Arcware ("we", "us"), and this website. By downloading or playing Element Pop, you agree to them.
The short version: the game is free to play for your own enjoyment. Please don't copy, resell or tamper with it. It's provided as it is, and we'll do our best to keep it working well.
App Store terms
If you got Element Pop from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies too. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement takes precedence for your use of the app. Apple is not responsible for the game or for supporting it; we are.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to download Element Pop and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the game or any part of it, including its art, music and sounds;
- reverse-engineer or decompile it, except where the law allows this despite these terms;
- use it in any way that breaks the law.
Ownership
Element Pop, including its code, art, music, sounds and name, belongs to Arcware. The game uses the Baloo 2 and Noto Sans fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
Scores and saves
Your scores and the game in progress are stored only on your device. We can't recover them if they are lost, for example when the app is deleted.
Updates
We may update the game to fix problems, improve it or add features, and we may change or stop offering it. If an update changes how the game handles your data, we'll update the Privacy Policy first.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it fun and free of bugs, but we can't promise that it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
